Top 100: Mental Health & Wellness -Wandra Chenault

Today, we spotlight Wandra Chenault, one of the Top 100 women in the field of psychotherapy. Wandra Chenault, LCSW/R is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Professional, a graduate of  SUNY Strony Brook (MSW) and Long Island University (M.S.), and  founder of Seasons of Life: Mind, Body Spirit Coaching in Atlanta, Georgia.  In addition to healing, counseling and guiding her clients, she promotes a self-help as a blogger, content creator, and the author of several self-help books including I Speak to Myself: Affirmations, Mantras, Poems, Prayers, and Positive Self-Talk (2024), Prayers, Prose, Poems, and Psalms of Purpose for People Who are Aging (2016) and Mamas Best Advice: Words of Wisdom (2017). For ten years,  Wandra was a full-time faculty member of Touro College and University teaching in the Departments of Human Services and Psychology. She has also taught at the College of New. Rochelle.

Wandra uses guided imagery and mindfulness practices to reduce tension, stress, and anxiety and improve concentration and sleep.  Wandra writes develops and produces guided imagery and mindfulness products.  Wandra has been in private practice for over ten years but, before opening her own private practice, Wandra worked in private psychotherapy groups,  public hospitals,  and mental health centers serving individuals from all walks of life with a myriad of health, social and mental health issues.  Wandra continues to create meditations and affirmations, introspective poems, and self-help books.
